Notice under The Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012

On 3 December 2024 the County Council intends to hold a meeting of Lead Member for Resources and Climate Change where the following item will be considered: Pacific House, Eastbourne. It is likely that the meeting will move into private session to consider this item.

 

The reason for this is that the report and its appendices are likely to be exempt from publication in accordance with paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended); namely Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information)

 

A final decision on whether this item will be determined in private will be taken during the Meeting.

 

Under Regulation 5(2) of The Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012, the Council is required to give 28 days’ notice of a private meeting within the scope of these Regulations.

 

Representations may be made in favour of this decision being taken in public and/or disclosing any exempt and/or confidential information by contacting Sophie Webb, 01273 337495, sophie.webb@eastsussex.gov.uk no later than 22 November 2024. The decision-maker will consider all representations.
